DESCRIPTION:We are excited to present the first ever Gretna Days Cruise!\n\n\n\nNever heard of a Cruise event?  That's OK!  Here is how it works:\n\n- The Legion Riders will kick off the start from Gretna Elementary School at 10am.\n\n- Anyone who needs to meet up and "stage" themselves to be in line together will join behind them (fire department\, car clubs if they prefer\, etc.  Please arrange this with the Chamber Office beforehand.)\n\n- The community drives their cars down and joins in!  The route runs in a circle\, so when the start of the cruise turns around you will be head to head and able to see the other participants!\n\n\n\nIT'S THAT EASY!  Come down\, cruise the streets\, wave to your neighbors\, and enjoy some of the parade* fun you've missed this summer!\n\n\n\nClass of 2020 Graduates: Decorate your cars and come join us!  We want to celebrate you and your accomplishments!\n\n\n\nDon't forget to decorate your cars!  Banners\, window paint\, flags\, magnets - tell us who you are and why your love our community.\n\n\n\n\n\n*Due to current DHM's set by the Governor of Nebraska\, we are unable to hold the traditional Gretna Days Parade.  This event will replace the parade for 2020.  Some of the parade entries you know and love will be joining us\, others will be unable to participate due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

LOCATION:Route starts at Gretna Elementary School and runs W on South Street\, N on 216th Street\, E on Lincoln Road\, turning around at Leo Royal Park\, W on Lincoln Road\, S on 216th Street\, E on South Street then around the elementary school to complete the loop. You may join in at any intersection. Streets are open and all rules of the road apply.
