GRENTAOPOLY 2026 – Business Participation
Drive Traffic. Boost Visibility. Engage the Community.
The Gretna Chamber of Commerce is launching GRETNAOPOLY, a fun, app-based community game running August 6 – October 4, 2026, designed to bring customers directly into local businesses while increasing social media exposure.
Participants download the app and then visit participating businesses and earn points by:
- Posting on social media and tagging your business
- Making a purchase or donation
- 📱 Share Scan (social post)
- 🛍 Purchase/Donate Scan
🏬 Business Locations (Standard Stops)
- Traditional retail business locations
- Offer consistent point values based on prize contribution
- Designed to drive foot traffic and purchases
- Businesses partner with a nonprofits
- Focus on donations and community impact
- Encourage players to give back while earning points
- Special stops with surprise rewards or instant prizes
- Typically involve one scan interaction
- Create excitement and repeat engagement throughout the game
- Increase foot traffic to your business
- Gain consistent social media exposure
- Attract new customers
- Be part of a high-energy, community-wide event

Your business’s point value is determined by your prize donation:
- 250 pts – Entry-level prize
- 500 pts – Mid-tier prize
- 750 pts – High-value prize
- 1,000 pts – Premium prize

Presenting Sponsor – $1,500
