Description
Tai Chi for Balance classes will begin on September 14th at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Classes will continue on Mondays & Wednesdays through November 18th. Classes are for all ages and mobility levels. They are FREE and open to the Gretna Community.
