Job Title:
HVAC Journeyman Technician
HVAC Journeyman Technician Position:
We are seeking an HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our team of experienced professionals. This position is customer-facing and requires prior HVAC experience. Primary responsibilities include Diagnosis, Repair, Replacement, and Installation of Residential HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- 4+ Years HVAC Experience and Current Omaha Journeyman License
- Knowledgeable in Residential Diagnosis and Repair
- Effective Communication Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Alignment with GP Fleck’s core values
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment (60+ lbs)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new construction homes
- Complex diagnosis and repair on Residential HVAC Systems
- Perform routine maintenance on Residential HVAC Systems (Service Contracts)
- Effectively Communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers
- Meet Deadlines, Pass Inspections, and fill out job checklists

- Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Scheduled On-Call/After-Hours Support
