Customer Service Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of shipping inquiries and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Learn and confidently promote our full range of products and services (quick learner, coachable, team player)
• Process packages by measuring, weighing, entering shipment information into software, and generating labels
• Operate store equipment, software, and devices; assist with training when needed
• Pack customer items securely and accurately according to UPS Store standards
• Manage printing and document services efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Prior customer service experience
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong math, typing, and phone communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Polished appearance and well-groomed presentation
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Starting wage: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
  • Associates will receive review after 90 days of employment, eligible for raise to monthly bonuses based on performance
