Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment's front-of-house team. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

Ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service and that all complaints are handled promptly and professionally.

Train new employees on our policies and procedures, including food and drink menu knowledge, service standards, and point-of-sale systems.

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment, including the dining area, bar, and restrooms.

Manage inventory of front-of-house supplies, including glassware, silverware, and menus.

Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Monitor and manage the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring that reservations are
properly managed and communicated to the front-of-house team.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and service
between the front and back of house.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage the restaurant's
compliance with state and local liquor laws.

Manage and control restaurant expenses, including labor, inventory, and equipment
maintenance.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a management role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of food and drink menus, service standards, and point-of-sale systems.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience with managing inventory, labor costs, and other restaurant expenses.
