Brian Roeder is a 4th generation licensed funeral director & embalmer in the state of NE, the current president/owner of Roeder Mortuaries, the 2022/2023 president of the the NeFDA, and a Navy veteran.
Brian grew up in the Ponca Hills area north of Omaha and graduated from Omaha North High School in 1996. In 1997 he joined the Navy, serving 2 tours in the Middle-East for OEF & OIF. He was honorably discharged from the Navy as a Fire Controlman Petty Officer 2nd Class in 2003. Moving back to Omaha that same year, he joined the family business and has been serving the families of the Greater Metropolitan Area ever since.
Brian's great-grandfather: Theodore Roeder, was the 1st generation of Roeders at Roeder Mortuaries, followed by his sons: Norman and Ronald Roeder. Jon Roeder, Brian's father, retired in 2019 as the 3rd generation. And now Brian Roeder serves as the 4th generation, keeping the firm local family owned (and veteran owned) and operated.
