Gretna Public Schools Foundation Partners with Local Businesses for Student Needs Drive

Gretna, NE – The Gretna Public Schools Foundation is excited to announce a partnership with Summit Center Insurance Services for a community-wide fund drive to support students in the Gretna Public Schools District. From January 15 to 31, 2025, the Foundation calls on the generosity of local residents and businesses to help provide essential items for the students of Gretna Public Schools.

Requested Donations Include:

  • Gift Cards: Gas, groceries, or household essentials

  • Household Items: Toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, toilet paper, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner

  • Clothing (new or gently used): Winter coats, gloves, hats, shirts and pants for boys/girls, and parents of all ages and sizes. New only: socks and underwear

  • Non-Perishable Snacks: Individually wrapped items like Cheez-Its, Goldfish, granola bars, fruit cups, applesauce or yogurt pouches, fruit snacks, cheese or peanut butter crackers, cereal, cereal/fruit bars, pop-tarts, veggie straws, Pirates Booty, or popcorn
