The City of Gretna, Nebraska, is currently seeking to hire reliable and skilled General Maintenance workers to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of our infrastructure, utilities, various facilities and properties within our city.  The ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the growth and development of our community.
 
The City of Gretna, Nebraska, is looking to hire five full time employees as a General Maintenance Worker II working 40 hours a week in a variety of departments.
 
Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license, a valid Commercial Driver License (Class B CDL) or acquire license within specified timeframe established by employer, must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Various other licenses may be required depending on department.  Salary begins at $22.20 per hour DOQ.  Application and Job Description available from City Clerks office, 204 N.
